SUBSTANCE: invention relates to proportioning of minor additives and can be used in production of batch for glass melting. In feeder of loose and crumpling components of glass batch of large-diameter auger has a hollow shaft, inside of which a small-diameter auger with opposite coiling screws is installed. Small diameter auger shaft is connected with electric drive shaft and the initial section of the hollow shaft - with overrunning clutch. Overrunning clutch depending on direction of rotation of drive shaft, variable at reversing of drive starter, transmits rotation to any auger. For stable supply of dosed material in "accurately" mode large diameter auger hollow shaft is equipped with coaxial middle section installed in zone of loading head of the feeder and composed of cylindrical half shell with open upper part. Top position of the open part of middle section of coaxial hollow shaft is indicated by a sensor signal and is provided by electrodynamic braking of electric drive.

EFFECT: technical result is reinforcing of the screw feeder of large diameter hollow shaft design and increase of supply stability of dosed material inside the hollow shaft, while dispensing in "accurately" mode.
