FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the process of cultivating (producing of biomass) of cyanobacteria. The main objectives of the proposed cultivation method are: obtaining biomass of thermophilic cyanobacteria of the genus Amorphonostoc, simplifying cultivation technology, reducing energy costs and the highest yield of polysaccharides. The objectives are solved by the fact that in the method of cultivating cyanobacteria of Amorphonostoc genus including regulation of illumination, temperature, and chemical composition of the substrate, a nutrient medium of modified composition (g/l) is used as follows: KNO3 - 1,00; K2HPO4⋅3H2O - 0,262; MgSO4⋅7H2O - 0,20; NaHCO3 - 0,20; FeSO4⋅7Н2О - 0,0249. Microelements solution (g/l): Н3ВО3 - 2,86; MnCl2⋅4H2O - 1,81; ZnSO4⋅7H2O - 0,22; CuSO4⋅5H2O - 0,08; MoO3- 0,015; NH4VO3- 0,023; K2Cr2(S04)4⋅24H2O - 0,096; NiSO4⋅7H2O - 0,048; Na2WO4⋅2H2O - 0,018; Ti2(SO4)3 - 0,040; Со(NO3)2⋅6Н2О - 0,044. Cultivation of Amorphonostoc is carried out under sterile conditions, in light/dark mode 12/12 hours, white light with an intensity of 5,000 1x, with stirring for 1 hour at a rotor speed of 100 rpm. The duration of cultivation is 21 days at a temperature of 25°C and pH=6.0.

EFFECT: obtaining a method of cultivating cyanobacteria of amorphonostoc genus.
