FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, specifically to mortar used in casting monolithic structures, when creating elements of prefabricated structures — road slabs, floor slabs, foundation blocks, piles and other products. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the concrete mixture contains binder, fine aggregate — screenings of crushing of burnt rocks, coarse aggregate — crushed stone from crushed burnt rocks. As a binder, it contains the following, wt.%: activated product 36–38 obtained by joint grinding to specific surface area of not less than 350 m2/kg of active mineral additive — fly ash and/or burnt rock with solid alkali-containing wastes based on sodium hydroxide and sodium chloride in ratio NaOH:NaCl = 1:1.5 and in amount of 5–10 % of the weight of the active mineral additive, a gypsum-containing component of 0.9–2.8, portland cement clinker is the rest, and fine aggregate additionally contains finely dispersed fly ash and ground finely dispersed burnt rock with the following ratio of initial components, wt.%: binder 7.7–11.0, burnt rock crushing screenings 25.5–29.5, crushed rock 32.0–36.0, fine fly ash 12.0–12.8, ground fine burnt rock 8.1–8.8, water is the rest.
EFFECT: improvement of ecology due to use of technogenic raw materials, reduction of portland cement consumption, provision of compression strength within 40,3–68,5 MPa, bending strength within 4,8–8,8 MPa and frost resistance of concrete corresponding to grades F200, F300, F400, F500, F600.
