FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of non-burning binders and can be used in the manufacture of hydraulic hardening construction products. For this, an activated product is produced by mixing and co-grinding the active mineral additive in the form of fly ash, burnt rock, or a mixture thereof with solid alkali-containing waste based on sodium hydroxide and sodium chloride in an amount of 5–10 % by weight and subsequent mixing and co-milling the obtained activated product with Portland cement clinker and gypsum-containing component – gypsum board waste. As a solid alkali-containing waste solution wastes of the electrolytic cell produced by sodium hydroxide are used, and as a gypsum-containing component – gypsum board cuttings. Activated product has a specific surface area of 250–300 m2/kg, and the resulting binder has a specific surface area of 350–450 m2/kg.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to reduce the consumption of Portland cement clinker and increase the strength of the binder.
