FIELD: oil refining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for hydrotreating middle distillate fractions. The invention relates to a diesel fuel hydrotreating plant, which includes a device for mixing the raw diesel fraction with hydrogen-containing gas, a raw material mixture/stable hydrogenate gas heater, a heater for the raw mixture, and a reactor with a hydrogenate line, on which the following are located in series: a heat exchanger, a hot separator with lines for the heavy fraction and vapours of the light fraction, on which there is an air and water cooler and a cold separator with lines for circulating hydrogen-containing gas and the light fraction, as well as a stabilization column with a cooled top, the lower part of which is equipped with a hydrocarbon gas supply line, and the bottom is equipped with a line stable hydrogenate. The line of raw materials is divided into a line of the first part of the raw material and a line of the second part of the raw material, on which a heat exchanger “second part of the raw material/hydrogenate” is installed; on the line of the first part of the raw material there is an adjoining line of the hydrogen-containing gas and a heat exchanger “mixture of the first part of the raw material with hydrogen-containing gas/stable hydrogenate” is installed instead of the “raw mixture/stable hydrogenate” heat exchanger, then the lines are combined to form a raw mixture line, on which a heater and a reactor are installed, equipped with a hydrogenation product line, on which the “heavy fraction/hydrogenate” and “second part of the raw material/hydrogenate” heat exchangers are installed as a heat exchanger, as well as a hot separator. The heavy fraction line with a reducing device after the “heavy fraction/hydrogenate” heat exchanger is connected to the middle part of the stabilization column, and the light fraction line with a reducing device is connected to the upper part of the stabilization column. The invention also relates to a variant of a diesel fuel hydrotreating unit.
EFFECT: reduction in hydrocarbon gas consumption and a reduction in energy consumption for cooling the top of the stabilization column of a diesel fuel hydrotreating unit.
