FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a unit for producing ultra-low-sulphur diesel fuel located on a heavy fraction line. Unit includes a second stage reactor with a second stage hydrogenate line, a circulating hydrogen-containing gas extraction unit with a circulating hydrogen-containing gas line, reducing device and stabilization column with lines of ultra-low-sulphur diesel fuel and hydrocarbon gas. Unit is characterized by that the circulating hydrogen-containing gas extraction unit is equipped with a light fraction line, second stage circulating hydrogenate line adjoins the heavy fraction line to form a mixture line thereof, which is connected to a hydrogen-containing gas stripping column equipped with a hydrogen sulphide-containing gas line, which is connected to the light fraction vapor line, the separation gas line and the heavy fraction and the circulating hydrogenation product mixture line, purified from hydrogen sulphide, on which there is an ejector with a hydrogen-containing gas line as a working medium, a heater and a separator with a separation gas line and a residue line connected to a second stage reactor equipped with a second stage hydrogenate output line, divided into a second stage circulating hydrogenate line and a second stage balance hydrogenate, which is connected to light fraction line with formation of unstable hydrogenation product line, on which there is a reducing device and a hydrocarbon gas stripping column equipped with a hydrocarbon stripping gas line, a ultra-low-sulphur diesel fuel line and a second hydrocarbon gas line.
EFFECT: reduction of total sulphur content in ultra-low-sulphur diesel fuel and elimination of energy consumption for stabilization.
