FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for hydrotreating middle distillate fractions and can be used in oil refining industry. Two versions of the plant are proposed, which in the first version includes heat exchangers 1-3, heater 4, reactor 5, hot separator 6, cooler 7, cold separator 8, reducing devices 9 and 10, stripping column 11 and stabilization column 12 with heated bottom, cooler 13 and reflux tank 14. Second version is characterized by the presence of one stabilization column 12 without a heating system for its bottom. In compliance with first version, raw material is divided into two parts. One part is heated in heat exchanger 3 and mixed with the other part after mixing with hydrogen-containing gas and heating in heat exchanger 1. Obtained crude mixture is heated in apparatus 4 and fed into reactor 5, from which a hydrogenate is removed, which is cooled in heat exchangers 2 and 3 and separated in separator 6 into vapours of a light fraction and a heavy fraction. Latter is heated in heat exchanger 2, reduced and directed to upper part of column 11, to lower part of which hydrocarbon gas is supplied, wherein stabilized heavy fraction is discharged from column bottom while stripping gases are discharged from column top to be directed to column 12 middle part. Vapours of the light fraction are condensed in apparatus 7 and separated in separator 8 into a hydrogen-containing gas and a light fraction, which is reduced in apparatus 10 and directed to the upper part of column 12. From the top of column 12, vapours are removed, which are cooled in cooler 13 and separated in separator 14 into gas and naphtha, which is partially returned to column 12. Stable fraction is removed from heated bottom of column 12, mixed with stabilized heavy fraction, cooled in heat exchanger 1 and removed as stable hydrogenation product. Operation of the second version of the plant is characterized by the fact that the reduced heavy fraction is supplied to the middle part of column 12, into the lower part of which hydrocarbon gas is supplied, and a stable hydrogenate is removed from the bottom.
EFFECT: reduction of energy consumption by heat and/or cold flows.
