FIELD: pumping equipment.
SUBSTANCE: high-pressure plunger pump contains housing 1 with a crankcase for liquid lubrication, which houses a crankshaft and connecting rod 4, connecting the crankshaft with slider 5 connected to plunger 7. Plunger 7 is made of stainless steel with heat treatment. Slider 5 is made of aluminium alloy with heat treatment and a coating that reduces sliding friction. The pump is equipped with an additional system of forced lubrication of slider 5 from an existing or additional lubrication pump through a nozzle in the pump housing in the upper and (or) lower part of the cavity of the working cylinder with the formation of a guaranteed liquid layer separating the mating surfaces of sleeve 6 and slider 5.
EFFECT: increased strength of the outer surfaces of the plunger and the slider.
