The system contains a centralized control device for implementing information exchange to support transactions between users and at least two user control devices, while the centralized control device is made in the form of a software and hardware complex for automating the management of transactions, divided into a synchronous processing zone, a zone compatibility and application processing area, and contains a control device that limits the number of user requests for information about transactions received via communication channels to the centralized control device for implementing information exchange to support transactions between users, a specified number of times.
EFFECT: reducing the load on the automated system and device for managing transactions, as well as increasing the reliability and speed of information processing when conducting transactions.
