SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for automating receipt of payee details. In the method, the payee is registered once on the server's website, enters his payment details and receives a personal identifier in the form of a graphic file with the image of a matrix barcode, which he can print, display on a screen or otherwise. Payer has a client device with any third-party payment system installed, which is supplemented with functions for working with the method. Payer uses the client device to read the image of the matrix barcode from which he receives the personal identifier, third-party payment system sends its value to the server of the system via communication channels, server of the system finds the payment details of the payee by the value of the personal identifier and returns them to a third-party payment system. Payer enters the payment amount and confirms the transfer of funds, third-party payment system transfers funds and, if successful, reports this to the server of the system. Server of the system notifies the payee by any available method chosen by him on the successful transfer of funds.
EFFECT: increase in the security of payments and information storage in the implementation of non-cash electronic payments.
