FIELD: complex processing of long stems of industrial hemp.
SUBSTANCE: industrial hemp processing line includes a bale dismantler designed to receive industrial hemp stems packed into a bale and divide them according to their thickness into layers, which are transferred in turn to the first two-section shaker with knives for separating the stems in the bale layer and orienting them along a combed field with knives, a grinder for receiving oriented stems, passing them through corrugated rollers pressed from above by toothed beaters to crush the stems and destroy the fire covered in fibres. Then the stems go to a second two-section shaker with knives to separate the fibre part of the stems from the shove and to a breaker section consisting of three sequentially located units. At the input, each unit includes a corrugated roller with a toothed beater pressed against it, a drum with beaters on the outer surface for passing the stem along the outer surface of the drum and along the perforated mesh under the drum, along an arc that goes around the drum at a distance from the beaters, and a shaker located obliquely with increasing level in the direction from the drum and equipped with overhead needles above the moving field. From the breaker section, the stems go to the third two-section shaker with knives for final cleaning of the fibre part of the stems from shove residues. Moreover, in each subsequent unit of the scooping section, the gap between the drum beaters and the perforated mesh is made smaller than the same gap in the previous unit of the breaker section. Corrugated rollers with beaters in the grinder are arranged in series and laid out obliquely in the direction of increasing the level to the upper edge of the casing of the second two-section shaker. Between the adjacent units of the breaker section there is a single-section shaker with knives.
EFFECT: increased yield of the fibre component of industrial hemp stems cleared from wood during dry processing of this crop.
