FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing tubular elements from composite materials. The technical result is achieved by a method for manufacturing tubular elements from composite materials with a metal coating of the inner surface and includes assembling the package by winding layers of reinforcing filler impregnated with a thermosetting binder onto a mandrel, moulding with curing of the binder and metallization of its inner surface. In this case, the manufacture of the product and the metallization of its inner surface are carried out in a single technological process, for which, before assembling a package of layers of reinforcing filler, one layer of metallized fabric based on polyamide fibres is laid on the mandrel, and on it layers of reinforcing filler impregnated with a thermosetting binder are laid, followed by moulding of the product, accompanied by hardening of the binder.
EFFECT: simplifying the technology, reducing the manufacturing cycle of products and increasing their performance characteristics.
