FIELD: high-density storage systems.
SUBSTANCE: automated high-density storage system contains at least one rack with rails and at least one autonomous radio-controlled shuttle trolley. The shuttle trolley is made with the ability to load and unload and move cargo inside the rack channel, moving freely under pallets standing on the rack supports. Each of at least one radio-controlled shuttle trolley contains a frame, a chassis with wheels and a drive, a cargo platform with a lifting device, an information transmission device, a controller and a sensor device with optical sensors for positioning, a central control unit, a movement unit, a lifting platform unit, and status indication block. All blocks are structurally designed independently of each other, but are functionally connected to the central control unit. The central control unit is configured to receive a command submitted by the operator through the remote control unit, process the received command through the blocks, and after completing the execution of the specified command, provides feedback to the remote control unit.
EFFECT: increased automation of processing and movement of palletized cargo during deep storage.
