FIELD: production of artificial materials.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used in furniture production and construction for external and internal finishing of various surfaces. Composition components are mixed, a preliminary sheet of material is formed, on which additional elements are applied using 3D printer, then dye is applied by means of ink-jet printer, sheets are cut in 2D format into curvilinear forms, preliminary formation of the workpiece by means of sheets superimposition on each other and to each other, preforming of the workpiece, pressing of the workpiece at high temperature, cooling of the workpiece. Plant includes in-series connected in one or more production lines: mixers (1), extruders and/or calenders (2), 3D printers (3), ink-jet printer (4), machines (5) for preliminary cutting of sheet materials, machines (6) for preliminary formation of a workpiece, roller-belt presses (7), hydraulic hot presses (8), cooling unit (9).
EFFECT: reduced flammability and improved elasticity of artificial materials from wood-mineral-polymer composite, having appearance and texture of wood or stone, with homogeneous structure.
