Method for ozonation of physiological solution, comprising connecting an ozone generator to an electrical network, inserting a long needle into the cork, reaching the bottom of the bottle, and a short needle not reaching the surface of the solution, polyvinyl chloride tube is connected to the long needle from the outlet of the apparatus, switching on the apparatus and performing bubbling, characterized by that ozone concentration at the outlet of the ozoniser is from 4 to 5 mg/l, the ozone-oxygen mixture is introduced into 400 ml of physiological solution, bubbling is carried out at room temperature for 15–20 minutes.

EFFECT: said invention enables long-term preservation of ozone concentration and its bactericidal activity in physiological solution.
