FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of organic substrates, e.g. liquid manure, sediments and silts of effluents biological treatment plants. Proposed apparatus consists of vertical housing with branch pipes to discharge gas products and used fermented substrate that accommodate film degassing evaporator with branch pipe to feed fermented substrate at bottom section. Not here that gas product discharge branch pipe is communicated via gas line with vacuum pump. Apparatus incorporates, additionally, compressor with pressure stage connected to compressed air control valve arranged at bottom. Housing bottom section is composed of double-deck settler with its settling section furnished with heat exchange register. Wall of film degassing evaporator is hollow and connected jointly with heat exchange register to heat pump circuit.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, yield of commercial biogas increased to 60-75%, stable and decontaminated product.
