FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a system and a method for moving a payload. System comprises an aircraft, a correcting apparatus and a control device. Aircraft comprises one or more air propellers, airframe to displace relative thereto by flexible tie-rod. Correcting apparatus comprises a module for docking with the payload housing mounted on one or more retractable rigid tie-rods. Control device is configured to vary the degree of extension of the flexible and rigid tie-rods. To move the payload, an aircraft is used with a correcting apparatus attached to it by means of a retractable flexible tie-rod, which is positioned by means of control device to place of location of payload and connected by means of docking module by means of retractable rigid tie-rod.

EFFECT: reducing the effect of air flows directed by the aircraft in the vertical plane towards living objects and/or non-living objects in the target place in which the payload must be placed, as well as expansion of arsenal of means for its movement.
