SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a self-propelled module and a self-propelled system containing self-propelled modules interacting with each other. Self-propelled module comprises a body provided with legs and a control device. Control device is connected to at least one of the legs with provision of the possibility of controlled change of its spatial orientation in relation to the specified body, length or shape for movement of the specified body along the movement surface. At least two adjacent legs of self-propelled module legs are made with possibility of detachable gripping of at least one leg of another self-propelled module with provision of possibility of self-propelled modules placement on each other or possibility of self-propelled modules movement along each other.

EFFECT: wider range of self-propelled modules capable of displacement on a displacement surface, which can be the surface of the body of another self-propelled module of the same type.
