FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgery and neurology. Cerebral angiography is performed to verify aneurysm and its angioarchitectonics. Superselective catheterization of the cerebral aneurysm cavity is performed. In Roadmap angiograph mode, microcatheter is introduced into aneurysm cavity using the microconductor. Microcatheter is washed with normal saline, and an X-rayed arterial blood sample is taken directly from the aneurysm cavity.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain blood samples for determining biomarkers responsible for the formation and growth of cerebral aneurysm, directly at the site of their production, which provides reliable results and enables further study of the pathogenesis of cerebral aneurysm formation.
