FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely neurosurgery. Endovascular embolisation of aneurysms is carried out, an aneurysm is excluded from circulation. Then the craniotomy with conservation of an osteal flap is carried out, using a coronated burr in diametre of 25-35 mm. The endoscope is entered into a hematoma cavity with the working channel of 2-4 mm. Hematoma excision then bracing of an osteal flap is made is carried out.
EFFECT: way dilates an arsenal of agents for treatment of patients with intracraneal hemorrhages of an aneurysmal aetiology.
