SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for diagnosing malignant and benign skin growths, and can be used in medical institutions by medical specialists or individual users. Disclosed is a system for diagnosing malignant and benign skin neoplasms, which includes an interconnected data input unit containing an image of a skin area with the analyzed neoplasm, data processing unit, including a service module connected to a neoplasm detection module based on a convolutional detection neural network, a classification module, made with possibility of detecting combinations of criteria indicators, including symmetry, morphology, number of colors, surface structure and evenness of boundaries of new growth, their subsequent evaluation, and determining a possible diagnosis related to the neoplasm, configured to transmit information about the diagnosis to an information output unit based on a convolutional classifying neural network.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of establishing an accurate diagnosis, as well as improving the quality of diagnosis.
