FIELD: weapons.
SUBSTANCE: platform for attaching additional devices to firearms comprises an upper bar with elements for attaching additional devices, a mounting part and a clamp. The top bar fits over the receiver and gas tube of the firearm and has a horizontal groove on the inside side surface designed to fit onto the top tenon of the dovetail mount on the side of the firearm's receiver. The embedded part covers the protrusion of the receiver of the firearm and is fastened to the upper bar. The clamp is connected to the lower edge of the side of the upper bar and has a groove on the inner side surface intended for installation on the lower tenon of the dovetail mount on the side of the receiver of a firearm.
EFFECT: expanded range of equipment, simplifying the installation of a platform for attaching additional equipment to firearms.
