FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for realizing method for 3D printing of construction elements (10) containing hydraulic binder and aggregates. System comprises mixing device (40), outlet (20), which is nozzle (50), at least one sensor (30), first controller (60) and computer-controlled printer. Mixing device (40) is configured to mix composition of dry mortar containing hydraulic binder and aggregates with water to form wet mortar. Pumping device (50) is made with possibility of pumping and supply of wet mortar to outlet (20). Sensor (30) is configured to measure in real time at least two physical properties of wet mortar on its path from said mixing device to said outlet. These physical properties include viscosity and at least one of flow rate and density. First controller (60) is configured to adjust the ratio between water and dry mortar depending on the value of at least one of said at least two physical properties. Printer has a head containing outlet (20), which is configured to apply layer (11) of mortar on previous layer (12) of mortar.
EFFECT: high reliability of the system and high efficiency of 3D printing of building elements.
