FIELD: oil production technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to optimize the movement of wellhead rod suspension units and increase the energy efficiency of the oil production process when operating wells with sucker rod pumps. The unbalanced group drive of downhole sucker rod pumps contains a motor, a gearbox, stands with guide pulleys and wellhead rod suspension units. The roller-screw mechanism, which converts rotational motion into reciprocating motion, is located horizontally between the wells, and the racks are installed vertically next to the wells, supported on the ground. At the same time, brackets are fixed in the lower part of each of the racks with the possibility of rotation relative to the fastening axis, at the ends of which pulleys are installed with the possibility of rotation. Each of the suspension units of the wellhead rods is connected through flexible connections, through a guide and tension pulleys, to the carriage of a roller-screw mechanism that performs reciprocating motion. In this case, a balancing weight is attached to one of the flexible connections between the guide and a tension roller.
EFFECT: reduced metal consumption, reduced dimensions and optimized movement of wellhead rod suspension units.
