FIELD: oil producing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to create reciprocating motion of sucker-rod pump. Proposed drive contains electric drive, system connected with pump to convert rotation into reciprocation, flywheel accumulator to recover energy at downward movement of pump, chain train connecting drive with pump. System converting rotation into reciprocation is made in form of reduction gear with two parallel output shafts rotating in opposite directions. Rotors are installed on shafts. Each rotor has two rollers freely rotating around their axles arranged symmetrically relative to axis of rotation of rotors. Chain train is made in form of chain length one end of which is fixed and free end is passed between rollers of rotors and is connected with pump. Drive employs principle of torsional pendulum for its operation. Energy of pump moving downwards by gravity is converted into rotation of flywheel and stored energy is used to lift pump. Thanks to it energy consumed for production of oil is reduced from 2.5 to 4 times.
