FIELD: mining; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mining machines operation modes control and can be used for automatic control of a system including a face machine and a conveyor. Device comprises a cutting drive, a frequency-controlled conveyor drive, a load sensor, a conveyor traction element speed, a conveyor speed controller, limiting circuit, first, second and third comparison circuits, adder, load controller, first and second polarity switches, minimum signal extraction unit, multiplier, divider, first and second sources of driving signals. At that, input of cutting drive is connected to output of frequency-controlled feed drive of downhole machine. Input of the speed sensor of the traction element of the conveyor is connected to the output of the variable frequency drive of the conveyor. Cutting drive is connected via load sensor to the second input of the first comparison circuit. Input of the variable frequency drive of the conveyor is connected to the output of the conveyor speed controller, the input of which is connected to the output of the second comparator circuit. Output of the speed sensor of the traction element of the conveyor is connected to the input of the limiting circuit and the second input of the second comparison circuit. First output of the first source of driving signals is connected to the first input of the first comparison circuit. Output of the first comparison circuit is connected through the load regulator to the first input of the third comparison circuit, which output is connected to the first input of the multiplier and the first input of the signal minimum selection unit, output of which is connected through the first polarity switch to the input of the frequency-controlled feed drive of the downhole machine. Second output of the first source of driving signals is connected to the second input of the signal minimum extraction unit. Third output of the first source of setting signals is connected to the control inputs of the first and second polarity switches. First output of second source of driving signals is connected to first input of adder, output of which is connected to second input of multiplier, the output of which is connected to the first input of the divider, the output of which is connected to the first input of the second comparator circuit. Second output of the second source of setting signals is connected to the second input of the divider and the input of the second polarity switch, the output of which is connected to the second input of the adder. Output of the limiting circuit is connected to the second input of the third comparison circuit.

EFFECT: increasing energy efficiency and reliability operational of the flight conveyor of a mechanized longwall set of equipment.
