FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to constant voltage regulators, and can be used in secondary power supply systems for control and stabilization of constant output voltage. Device comprises power control key (1), magnetic element with magnetically coupled windings connected in series through first capacitor (2), first winding (3) of which is connected by the start to the first pole of the input constant voltage source, and by the end through control key (1) to the second pole of the input constant voltage source, which forms a common bus, to which first shunt diode (4) is connected, connected by anode to capacitor (2), and by cathode to common bus, wherein second winding (5) is connected by the end to common point of connection of anode of shunt diode (4) and capacitor (2), and by the start to first output capacitor (6), second pole is connected to common bus and forming negative output voltage channel with load (7) connected in parallel. Into the magnetic element there is a second circuit with magnetically coupled anti-phase windings (9, 11) connected in series through capacitor (8), each of which is antiphased to first two windings (3, 5), first winding (9) of which is connected by the end to the positive pole of the input constant voltage source, and by the start to second capacitor (8), to which the second shunt diode (10) is connected by the cathode, the anode is connected to the common bus, wherein second winding (11) of newly introduced circuit is connected by the start to common point of connection of second capacitor (8) with second shunting diode (10), and the end of second winding (11) is connected to the second output capacitor (12), by the second pole is connected to the common bus and forming the positive output voltage channel with the parallel connected load (13).
EFFECT: formation of bipolar output voltage.
