SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to constant voltage regulators, and can be used in secondary power supply systems for regulation and stabilization of constant output voltage. Device contains control key 1, linear inductance 2 containing three windings 3, 4, 5, first of which through control switch 1 is connected to positive terminal of input constant voltage source, end to cathode of first shunting diode 6, which anode is connected to negative output of input constant voltage source, which forms common bus, common point of connection of cathode of first shunting diode 6 with end of winding 3 is connected to first output of capacitor 7, which second output is connected to the beginning of second winding 4, the end of which is connected to the common bus, common point of connection of beginning of second winding 4 with capacitor 7 is connected to anode of second shunt diode 8, cathode of which is connected to common point of connection of beginnings of first and third windings 3, 5, end of third winding 5 is connected to first output of capacitor of filter 9, which second output is connected to common bus, load 10 is connected in parallel to capacitor of filter 9.

EFFECT: formation of low output voltage relative to input voltage, which is less than the known device.
