FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electric engineering, in particular, to converters of AC voltage into DC voltage, and may be used in systems of secondary power supply for correction of power coefficient, conversion, control and stabilization of DC output voltage. Device comprises power control switch 4, power transformer 2, first primary winding of which is implemented in form of two half-windings 1 and 3, each of which is accordingly included in drain of two transistors of power control switch 4 and through power control switch 4 with in-series connected equal value linear inductances 14, 15 is connected to AC voltage source. Second primary winding 5 with in-series capacitor 6 is connected in parallel to switch 4. Beginning of secondary winding 7 of transformer 2 is connected to anode of diode 8, which cathode is connected to first pole of first capacitor 9, which second pole is connected to first pole of second capacitor 10, second pole of which is connected to anode of diode 11, which cathode is connected to beginning of winding 7, end of which is connected to common connection point of capacitors 9 and 10. Step-down regulator with magnetically coupled magnetic element 12 is connected to series-connected capacitors 9, 10. To output terminals of step-down controller with magnetically-coupled magnetic element 12 control controller 13 of pulse-width type is connected, which controls control transistor of step-down controller with magnetically-coupled magnetic element 12.
EFFECT: development of effective source of DC voltage and compensation of low-frequency oscillations of AC network.
