SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of creating real geographic space in real time, based on panoramic video technique. Exact geographical coordinates and spatial position of video cameras are determined by measuring robots and spatial position sensors. Video cameras can be installed by stationary method or by contact welding: in case of stationary mounting method, several adjacent video clips are simultaneously subjected to correction and merging of orthographic projections, and during installation by contact welding, video cameras are installed on guide devices and local autonomous shooting is carried out with fast movement, wherein in real time there is a merging of video clips filmed on adjacent cameras. If the video, its geographical coordinates and background sounds correspond to the exposure time, then they are integrated to form video streams of images of space, as a result, the operator has a sense of "personal involvement" in this space, and he can remotely and in real time control the device.

EFFECT: high accuracy of the created geographic space.
