SUBSTANCE: method comprises stereo capturing with a symmetrically centred multiview stereo system with synchronised video cameras, recording and comparing video signals of adjacent lines, recognising therein view signals adjacent to the central signal, measuring time parallaxes thereof in a single time frame, synchronising the parallax signals with the video signal of the central video camera, transmitting to a receiving side and recording a stream of signals, restoring video signals of view stereo frames by shifting elements of the signals of the central camera by the adjacent time parallaxes and reproducing the image.
EFFECT: high accuracy of controlling transmission of a stereoscopic video image through automatic measurement of the object capturing space in real time.
