FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a system for carrying out a reaction of obtaining poly-α-olefin, which comprises in-series connected to each other first polymerisation reactor (11) and second polymerisation reactor (12), wherein there is first generator of interphase surfaces (111) for dispersion of raw material for α-olefin, halide catalysts, hydrogen and organic solvent and their separation into micro bubbles, which is located outside the first polymerisation reactor, and second generator of interphase surfaces (121) for dispersion of the first polymer, halide catalysts, hydrogen and organic solvent and their separation into micro bubbles, which is located inside the second polymerisation reactor. Lower part of the second polymerisation reactor is equipped with outlet hole (123), and the outlet hole is connected to the column for removal of hydrogen halide (2). System is configured to perform the following functions: mixing, dispersing and separating the reaction material, catalysts and solvents into micro bubbles for a polymerisation reaction, then removing impurities and carrying out flash evaporation and final drying, polymerisation reaction temperature is from 120 to 132 °C, the polymerisation reaction pressure ranges from 1 to 1.2 MPa.
EFFECT: increased area of mass transfer between gas phase and liquid-phase material, higher efficiency of reaction and reduced energy consumption, and on the other hand, leads to higher homogeneity of poly-α-olefin and improved quality of the product.
