FIELD: polyethylene production.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to a system for carrying out the reaction for producing polyethylene with an increase in microsurfaces using polymerization in solution. A system for carrying out a polyethylene production reaction using solution polymerization is described, containing: a pre-polymerization reactor (10) and a polymerization reactor (20) connected in series, as well as a polyethylene circulation drying device for removing residual moisture from the material, wherein the pre-polymerization reactor is equipped with an interfacial microsurface generator (101) during pre-polymerization to disperse and separate ethylene into microbubbles, the prepolymer outlet channel is located at the bottom of the pre-polymerization reactor; the polymerization reactor is equipped with a first interfacial microsurface generator (201), which is connected to the prepolymer outlet channel, installed at the inlet of the polymerization reactor and designed to disperse and separate the prepolymer into microbubbles, the polymerization reactor (20) is also equipped with a second interfacial microsurface generator (202), located inside the polymerization reactor. The polymerization reaction product outlet port (1010) is located at the bottom of the polymerization reactor, and the polymerization reaction product outlet port is connected to the evaporation tank for flash evaporation of the polymerization reaction product; the lower outlet of the flash tank for discharging the polyethylene reaction product is located at the bottom of the flash tank. The lower outlet channel of the evaporation tank is connected to a desolvation column to remove solvents and impurities from the polyethylene reaction product, and inside the desolvation column (70) there is a nitrogen microsurface generator for dispersing and separating high-temperature nitrogen into microbubbles. An outlet for the produced polyethylene is located on a side wall of the desolvation column, and the product outlet is connected to a steam tank for decomposing the catalyst present in the polymer; a material outlet is located on the side wall of the steaming tank, and the material outlet is connected to a water filter to pre-remove moisture from the material. The polyethylene circulation drying device contains a drying chamber, an air pump, an electric heater and a circulation pipe, the inlet channel and the outlet channel of the circulation pipe are respectively connected to the upper part of the drying chamber, the gas pump and the electrothermal heater are sequentially located on the circulation pipe in the direction of the inlet channel of the circulation pipe, and the water filter is connected to the drying chamber.
EFFECT: provision of a system for carrying out the reaction for producing polyethylene with an increase in microsurfaces using polymerization in solution, where the microsurface generator is located in the pre-polymerization reactor, and the microsurface generator is located in the polymerization reactor, which allows, on the one hand, to increase the area of mass transfer between materials gas phase and liquid phase, increase the efficiency of the reaction and reduce energy consumption, on the other hand, ensure greater homogeneity of the gas-liquid mixture, as well as greater uniformity of the resulting polyethylene, which improves the quality of the product.
