FIELD: electricity; transmission and reception of information.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transmission and reception of digital information over electric networks for the purpose of controlling electrical appliances and obtaining telemetry. In the disclosed solution, pulsed signals with intra-pulse dual-frequency modulation of the DTMF standard are used, transferred along the spectrum by means of balanced modulation upward in frequency to the region where the amount of interference is minimal, as well as automatic gain adjustment of the input amplifier is carried out, which enables to ensure reception of both weak and powerful information signals.
EFFECT: high noise immunity and reliability of received digital information.
