FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: central control station operates in two modes - automatic and dispatcher control. In automatic mode, the transceiver (10) of a long-distance channel controlled by a communication channel adapter (11) continuously performs cyclic polling of all control stations, reception of information on parameters on movement of cash-in-transit vehicles on routes and technical state thereof, and the file server (12) and computers of automated workstations of dispatchers (16.1…16.n), which are connected over a local area network, perform processing, storage, display of the obtained information and adjusting traffic schedules based on analysis of statistical data. Cyclic scanning and successive polling of cash-in-transit vehicles is carried out from the control stations. Each control station is an active relay with accumulation of information. Transmitted information is received at the central control station and the communication channel adapter (11) converts said information and transmits to the file server (12), which processes the obtained information, calculates deviation of the actual time of arrival of a cash-in-transit vehicle at a control station from the scheduled time of arrival. Information on deviation from the schedule, together with a signal on successful exchange of information (acknowledgment signal) is transmitted by the transmitter (10) of the long-distance radio channel to the cash-in-transit vehicle through a control station. The invention increases efficiency of protecting cash-in-transit vehicles from criminal elements through timely automatic detection of violation of the established schedule and route. There information security levels are used: energy, structural and cryptographic. The first two levels are provided by using phase-shift keyed composite signals.
