SUBSTANCE: autonomous telecommunications complex comprising a switching and control device, including indicators and Ethernet connectors, has two wireless data transceiver devices, one of which is made in the form of a Wi-Fi wireless data transceiver module and is connected to antennas, and the other is made in the form of an external high-speed wireless radio relay communication channel module, whereas the Wi-Fi wireless data transceiver module and the external high-speed wireless radio relay communication channel module are connected to a switching and control device via Ethernet connectors, an autonomous power supply system, including an electricity generation module and a battery for storage electricity, whereas the outputs of the autonomous power supply system are connected to the power supply ports of the switching and control device, two wireless data transceiver devices, a cellular communication transceiver module connected to transceiver antennas, an Internet of Things communication network transceiver module, a satellite communication transceiver module, and a battery status monitoring module are introduced batteries, wherein the cellular transceiver module, the Internet of Things communication network transceiver module, the satellite communication transceiver module are connected via Ethernet connectors to the switching and control device, and the outputs of the autonomous power supply system are connected to the power ports of the cellular transceiver module, a battery status monitoring module and controlling the operation of the payload and the inputs of three switches, and the outputs of the switches are connected to the power supply ports of the transceiver module of the Internet of Things communication network, the transceiver module of the satellite communication and the Wi-Fi wireless data transceiver module, whereas the control outputs of the battery status monitoring module and payload control module are connected to the control inputs of the switches.
EFFECT: increasing the autonomy of the power supply of the payload by monitoring the condition of the battery and controlling the operation of the payload.
