SUBSTANCE: technical result is the provision of the required quality of sensor data transmission in geographically distributed radio networks in the unlicensed radio frequency range with various RAT radio access technologies by alternately connecting to geographically distributed radio networks with the maximum rating of the quality of radio signal transmission. The device contains at least two radio modules for facilitating the use of radio frequency bands in the unlicensed radio frequency band, connected to the network information acquisition module, the module for acquisition of candidate networks for sensor data transmission is connected to the control module, the control module includes a timer to control the time of obtaining information from radio networks and a timer of connection to the network, the control module is connected to the memory unit and to the complex of local access modules for short-range radio networks; local access modules for short-range radio networks are connected to the memory unit, and the listed modules and blocks are connected to an independent power supply unit.

EFFECT: required quality of sensor data transmission in geographically distributed radio networks in the unlicensed radio frequency range with various RAT radio access technologies.
