SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely ophthalmology, and is intended to inhibit pathological angiogenesis in the eye of a subject in need of it. To inhibit pathological angiogenesis in the subject’s eye, a therapeutically effective dosage of a pharmaceutical composition containing the following compounds or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts is administered.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides effective suppression of pathogenic angiogenesis in the eye due to the selected dose profile and high specificity.
