FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of obtaining protective lining coatings and can be applied for protection of products with complex profile, intended for works in conditions of highly aggressive medium. Method includes layer-by-layer coating application on product surface. First, applied is layer of highly viscous primer, which has high adhesion to material of protected product and to material of basic layer of coating. Then applied is main layer, made from resin, on 50-80% filled by reinforcing material, compatible with resin of main layer. On main layer applied is at least one protective layer of reinforcing filler, on 90-96% impregnated with chemically stable resin. Obtained coating is subjected to ripening at temperature not less than +15°C during 20 days or heating with following ripening during time, which provides coating layer polymerisation. After ripening, coating is subjected to natural cooling to temperature of environment. For layer application resins of cold hardening are applied.
EFFECT: increasing chemical stability, hardness, mechanical strength, longevity of coating.
