FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing functional composite materials. Disclosed is a method of producing platinum-containing electrocatalysts in non-organic media, comprising obtaining a solution of platinum-chlorine acid, mixing with powder of dispersed carbon or non-carbon carriers, their mixtures and compositions with specific surface area of more than 60 m2/g, dispersion of the obtained mixture and chemical reduction of platinum compounds with subsequent deposition of nanoparticles of metal platinum on a dispersed carrier when passing carbon monoxide through a solution, characterized by that aqueous solutions of sodium hydroxide, or potassium hydroxide, or lithium hydroxide are used as an alkaline agent, wherein synthesis is carried out in one step at a solution temperature of 10÷98 °C, and the solvent for all reagents used and the creation of a liquid medium is bidistilled or deionised water.
EFFECT: creation of environmentally friendly method of obtaining composite materials of improved quality with given structural characteristics and with given functional parameters.
