SUBSTANCE: test system for assay of antibodies to the structural proteins of the foot-and-mouth disease virus genotype SAT-2/VII using a liquid-phase blocking indirect “sandwich” version of the ELISA. The test system includes immunospecific lyophilized components and nonspecific components. Immunospecific lyophilized components include cultural inactivated lyophilized foot and mouth disease virus of SAT-2 Lib 39/2012 strain of SAT-2/VII genotype, sensitizing antibodies — rabbit immunoglobulins G against the structural proteins of foot and mouth disease virus of SAT-2 Lib 39/2012 strain of SAT-2/VII genotype, detector antibodies — guinea pig immunoglobulins G against the structural proteins of the foot-and-mouth disease virus of SAT-2 Lib 39/2012 strain of SAT-2/VII genotype.

EFFECT: invention expands the range of means for assay of the level of humoral immunity against the specified antigen using the liquid-phase blocking indirect “sandwich” version of the ELISA based on the use of the antigen of the foot-and-mouth disease virus of SAT-2 Lib 39/2012 strain of SAT-2/VII genotype.
