SUBSTANCE: test system of a liquid-phase blocking indirect “sandwich” version of ELISA is described for determining the titre of antibodies against the structural proteins of the foot-and-mouth disease virus of O No. 2212/Primorsky/2014 strain of O/SEA/Mya-98 genotype in animal blood sera based on a liquid-phase blocking indirect “sandwich” version of ELISA. The test system includes specific components: cultural inactivated lyophilized foot and mouth disease virus of O No. 2212/Primorsky/2014 strain of O/SEA/Mya-98 genotype; sensitizing antibodies — lyophilized rabbit immunoglobulins G against foot and mouth disease virus of O No. 2212/Primorsky/2014 strain of O/SEA/Mya-98 genotype; detector antibodies-lyophilized guinea pig immunoglobulins G against foot and mouth disease virus of O No. 2212/Primorsky/2014 strain of O/SEA/Mya-98 genotype.
EFFECT: invention expands the range of tools for determining the titre of antibodies against the foot-and-mouth disease virus of O No. 2212/Primorsky/2014 strain of O/SEA/Mya-98 genotype using the liquid-phase blocking indirect “sandwich” version of ELISA.
