FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device includes inclined frame equipped in front part with pneumatic wheels, on which there is a three-section working chamber with hopper for cups under it. Working chamber is equipped with a loading hopper with a shutter for almonds covered with cups and a branch pipe for cleaned almonds, with a shutter and an adjusting screw. Working chamber first section is made in form of cylindrical housing with longitudinal hole in end base, which lower part consists of metal rods welded at equal distance from each other, second and third sections, in the form of hollow semi-cylinders interconnected by loops, are made of metal rods welded at an equal distance from each other. Toothed metal graters consisting of upper and lower planks are bolted on the inner surface of the second section. Three-section rotor is installed in the working chamber through the bearing in the longitudinal hole with the possibility of rotation by the electric motor, by means of the V-shaped belt installed on the drive and driven pulleys, or by the power take-off shaft, by means of a telescopic cardan gear connected to the tractor of the device, on the shaft of said rotor, perpendicular to its axis, are installed: in the part of the first section there are crossed strips, on each side of which there are riveted toothed metal graters consisting of planks, in part of the second section—square profiles, with elastic toothed rubber planks fixed by bolts at the ends, in part of the third section—U-shaped pipes forming a drum. In the part of the second section on the shaft surface the toothed metal graters are fixed by screws.

EFFECT: invention provides higher quality of peeling of almonds and prevents damage to fruits.
