FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a frame (14), an electric motor (12), V-belt transmission (10), lead (11) and driven (8), pulleys, bearings (1 and 9), the disc tray (6), Vise (2 and 7 ), the front cover, the metal and the rubber rollers (13 and 15), the working section of the drum. The angle of inclination to the horizontal loading chute (6) is twice bigger than the angle of inclination of the snare. The walls of the inner cavity of the reel is formed by the scraping teeth (16 and 20) and two rows of symmetrically arranged therein spring-loaded (19) arms (17 and 18) with shortened relative scraping tooth combs throughout length of the reel to reset purified wrapper on the inclined bottom with openings to the down and peeled cobs through the bottom outlet screen o the reel - in suitable containers.

EFFECT: increased intensity and completeness of cleaning ears of corn from the skin.
