SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production as a means of minor mechanization for post-harvest treatment of fruits, mainly for cleaning walnuts from green peels. Walnut peel cleanser is characterized by simple operation and includes a frame, a body in the form of a circular chamber (a grater), an electric motor, a vertical circular grater fixedly mounted on the shaft of the axis of rotation, a rotating disc in the form of a grater, a driving and driven pulley, interconnected by a V-belt drive, mounted on a shaft with upper and lower bearings and a sealing device, as well as a tray for draining the peeled green peel with water. On the rotating disk, rectangular grooves are provided for ejecting the peel, as well as blades for discharging the green peel along with water from the chamber.
EFFECT: use of the invention will improve the quality of walnut cleaning.
