FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment, namely to machines for testing reinforced concrete slabs of ribbed monolithic flooring at impact loads. Proposed device comprises load-bearing floor with support base rigidly secured thereat and vertical guides with load drop limiters. Drop limiters are bolted to the vertical guides. To damp the impact, the drop limiters can move along the guides. On vertical guides there is a load with possibility of vertical reciprocal movement, by means of which an impact load is created on the experimental sample. To ensure the absence of displacement during impact tests, the experimental sample is rigidly fixed in a support element having a rectangular shape and consisting of a lower and an upper parts, which are rigid collapsible frames from metal channels. Lower and upper parts of the support element are tightened together without the possibility of free displacement by means of tightening pins with nuts. On vertical sides of upper part of support element there are slots for drop of load. To ensure the absence of displacements during impact tests, the horizontal sides of the lower part of the support element are elongated and rigidly attached to the load-bearing floor. To localize the force acting on the experimental sample, the load is additionally equipped with a detachable striker, and a force meter is fixed between the load and the striker to measure the impact load acting during the experiment. To collect and record data on the process of deformation of the experimental sample during tests, a standard set of sensors and a measuring system are used.
EFFECT: performing tests of slabs of monolithic reinforced concrete ribbed floor for impact load with possibility of investigation of impact of shape of striker on process of deformation and destruction.
