FIELD: testing equipment, machines for testing samples for central and out-of-center compression at impact loading.
SUBSTANCE: two vertical guides are mounted on supporting base arranged in force field. Lower end of tested sample is provided with additional support for fixing it to supporting base. Cap is fir onto upper end of tested sample; said cap is joined with ends of rods arranged in cavities of cylindrical adapters along their whole length till stop with possibility of twisting in two mutually opposite directions. Said cylindrical adapters are arranged at both sides relative to tested sample and they are rigidly joined through couplings with vertical guides. Force meter is secured to cap. Traverse bar with weight is mounted in top part of said vertical guides with possibility reciprocation motion. Rigid fastening of both ends of tested sample prevents its horizontal motion at striking by means of rods arranged in cavities of cylindrical adapters with possibility of twisting. Bending torque is provided; said torque occurs at central and out-of-center compression. Invention provides possibility for creating stressed-deformed state due to shot- time period action of dynamic load upon tested sample jammed in both ends in order to provide condition approximating real operation condition of column type structures.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of investigations.
