FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: bench comprises supports for placement of a reinforced concrete element and two guides fixed on a power floor. A load is installed on guides, for fixation and discharge of which a bomb dropper serves. Two heads serve to compress cross sections of a tested element. Each head consists of vertical and vertical plates, connected as capable of fixation on a pressed tested element, and a cantilever stiff beam. Flights of cantilever beams of heads are oppositely directed. A distribution cross beam is installed on flights. In close proximity to heads there are two units for determination of a twisting angle of a tested reinforced concrete element. Each unit for determination of a twisting angle comprises a beam fixed on a reinforced concrete element perpendicularly to its longitudinal axis, two movable carriages installed at the ends of the beam, and sensors of linear movements. Bases of linear motion sensors are stiffly fixed on the power floor, and stems of sensors are hingedly fixed on movable carriages. Power meters are included into the composition of the bench. One power meter is fixed in the centre of the distribution cross beam. Other power meters are fixed on a stiff prop of the support with the help of horizontal plates made with support rings for power meters.
EFFECT: possibility to create stressed-deformed condition in a reinforced concrete element due to simultaneous action of short-term dynamic twisting and running torques and measurement of linear movements of reinforced concrete element points during bending and twisting and determination of twisting angles.
