FIELD: rail vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway track superstructure, in particular, to devices for attachment of lining to sleeper. Fasteners are arranged to turn in sleeper grooves. Fasteners are made in the form of screws, on one end of which there are elements for fixation of the device for attachment of the lining to the sleeper with the possibility of rotation in the sleeper slots and movement relative to the axis of the screws. Each fixing element of the device is made of polymer material with a through hole with a thread and a head for centring the screw and preventing it from turning in grooves of the sleeper. Subhead is made in the form of a parallelepiped. Device fixing element is installed with possibility of removal from screw end.
