FIELD: railway transport; permanent way maintenance. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanisms designed for gripping and taking out fish bolts, fishplates and other elements of rail butt joints. Device has running gear with running wheels. Running gear has carriages and fishplate removes with levers for engagement with end face sides of fishplates. Carriages are installed on running gear for moving along frame. Carriages are furnished with nut runners with horizontally arranged socket wrenches on spindles and clamps of fish bolts mounted opposite to socket wrenches relative to rail. Fishplate remover levers are hinge-mounted on frame for rocking and vertical travel. Ends of levers of fishplate removers are provided with hydraulic clamps of tops of fishplate end face sides. Clamps of fish bolt heads are made in form of pressure rods operated by power cylinder. Ends of rods are furnished with collet grips for gripping and fixing of fish bolt headrest. Movable body of but runner spindle and movable body of collet grip are provided with rollers in contact with guides of carriage frame.
